Olistica Pilates
Our signature style Pilates class focuses on layering Pilates exercises to help provide you with a challenge and progression route for your Pilates practice. This class concentrates on helping you learn the principles of Pilates; alignment, mobility, core stability, precision of movement and breathing. Helping you gain a deeper understanding of Pilates to enhance your practice
Gentle Pilates
Our Gentle Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, especially those who are new to Pilates. This class is delivered at a deliberate pace to encourage learning and practicing the Pilates principles with each movement. Whilst each class is designed to be gentle you will still feel worked. This class is the perfect opportunity to pay attention to the detail of your movement and appreciate the mindful rewards of Pilates
Pilates Flow
The Pilates Flow is our most dynamic Pilates class, offering a balancing full body workout. Flow classes are Sophia’s most favourite way to move the body, working with grace through a sequence of movements harmonized with the breath. This class incorporates more advanced movements and a more dynamic pace whilst still offering focus to the Pilates principles. If you enjoy working hard this is the class for you!
Barre
Taking inspiration from ballet, yoga and Pilates our Barre classes incorporate elements of strength, flexibility and cardio to give you a total body workout. Expect for your heart rate to lift throughout this challenging and upbeat class. Barre is a flowing workout focused mainly on more dynamic standing work, challenging the body from top to toe. Suitable for those who enjoy working hard and enjoy a challenge
Focus Sessions
Our Focus Sessions offer a more in depth look at a specific element of Pilates. This may be the introduction of a piece of equipment, focus on breathwork or a class dedicated to a specific theme. It is an education driven session specifically designed to help aid understanding in that area. Each class follows a different theme offering you the chance to delve a bit deeper into any topics of personal interest or benefit
Monthly Playlist
Your Monthly Playlist is there to guide you through your weekly Pilates practice, you can follow one class a week or practice on multiple days a week. This programme is here to help structure your Pilates practice and encourage you to enjoy different styles of class to feel the multitude of benefits Pilates offers. The monthly playlist is offered as an optional guide for those who may prefer to work with more structure
